Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Gift cards

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us via our contact page with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us. We will do our best to accommodate exchanges subject to availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective.
